Jennifer Garner Has the Best Reaction to Fans Hoping for a '13 Going on 30' Sequel

It's been 15 years since 13 Going on 30 -- but don't expect the movie to get the sequel treatment.

Jennifer Garner responded to fans' hopes for a 13 Going on 30 follow-up during her appearance on Good Morning America on Friday, joking that at her age (46), the premise isn't as compelling. (We still have to disagree.)

"What? Like, 15 Going on 50?" Garner cracked, as the co-hosts and audience erupted in laughter. "Let's simmer down and then let's leave well enough alone."

Still, the mother of three couldn't help but reminisce on her time filming the 2004 movie. "It was the cast [that I loved so much]. Judy Greer, working with Judy," Garner shared. "We had so much fun together. She was my frenemy [in the movie] and we're still really good friends."

Mark Ruffalo, who played Garner's best friend and eventual boyfriend in the movie, also gushed over the film's anniversary during a recent interview with ET.

"We had the sweetest time," he said. "[Jennifer] was a big star then but I was kind of just starting out. She was just so lovely."

"We were making this really sweet movie that had a great message for young girls," he continued. "We were all sort of coming into our own in that moment. We really loved that story, and Jen was just transformed into a 13-year-old girl. It was really amazing."

And while it seems Garner isn't on board for a 13 Going on 30 sequel, Ruffalo said he hoped he could reunite with the actress in the Marvel Universe.

"I'm surprised she's not really here yet, actually," said the actor, who next stars as the Hulk in Avengers: Endgame. "Love Jen Garner, by the way."
